After choosing to use them, they worked hand in hand with the builder, electrician, and our cabinet guys. They designed a seamless lighting control solution for our home. All the cabinets were customized to house all of the electronics in our home. They not only wired our home, put planned ahead for all the audio video installation. Once our house was finished being built, their installation crews came in and installed all of the equipment. The whole process was very painless. Their technicians were all very professional and the same person managed the job from beginning to end. We purchased an indoor and outdoor sound system, a distributed video system, as well as a dedicated home theater system which my husband absolutely loves. They were a one-stop shop for all of our needs and performed flawlessly on every aspect of the job. This build job went so much better than our last home. I called Safe & Sound for a family room entertainment solution. Jason designed a system for me at a great price. Their carpenter built a fantastic built-in entertainment system that hid all the electronics, and fit the new TV perfectly. They even worked with the AT&T U-verse contractor to configure the network for my system. Their staff was very knowledgeable and friendly.

Safe & Sound upgraded the projector in my theater, installed an Apple TV and a Control4 remote. The next night, I had a problem with my remote and sent a text message to the technician who installed my system. He responded at 8:00 in the evening and logged in to my system from his home. It turns out there was an update for my AVR that was keeping it from responding properly. He updated the system remotely and got my system back up and working in about 30 minutes. I was very pleased and impressed with their customer service. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

After thinking I got a good deal with another audio video company, a week after they finished I had a problem with my family room system. I tried to get them to come back and fix the problem but I could never get a hold of them. I called Safe & Sound. They were able to move their schedule around and came out the next day. The technician called me when he was on the way and arrived on time. After a couple of hours, he had not only fixed the problem from the first company, but tweaked the audio system and my television and made my system look and sound much better than it ever was. I will definitely be calling them when I am ready to do my home theater setup.
